Warrant For Detention To Be Given
While holding any person in
detention for any reason whatsoever pursuant to this Act, the
competent authority shall hold such person in detention by giving a
warrant for detention in the form referred to in Schedule-32,
accompanied by the reason therefor and legal ground of such
detention, to that person pursuant to an order for detention made
pursuant to this Chapter.
